Down Town Fort Lauderdale Skycraper by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy

The New Downtown...Beach
Fort Lauderdale
30 min to Palm Beach and route to Miami and Speed to
Orlando. Miami to Fort Lauderdale -(new skyscraper).

Pic is of proposal of new speed train to Orlando and Miami.
This proposal call for the removal of the current downtown bus
central station. Bus Hub. To be moved across the street. Plus
large mall and multi-plex along new train station. This project
looks good architecturally. Will be nice to see what the new
bus station will look like. From the pic it the new bus station
appears to shaped in a Horseshoe design. The site is located on
Broward Blvd. North. 2 blocks south is the New River so train
tracks are built on a draw bridge to allow the yachts through
to housing and docks. Marine Industry. The current cargo train,
will now have people along the train path with instead of 6 trains
a day you add 15. So the drawbridge will down not allowing yachts
to go through less often. All trains are band new pedestrian train.
Allowing flow of people to Miami and Palm Beach an influx of people.

The downtown skyline is currently on broward blvd north side of
"New River"...now new skycrappers of rentals are blooming on the
south side. New electric cable car will be linking south to north and
further into Flager Village. Which will be the movement of the Fort
Lauderdale Skyline. Ironic that is called Village. Of what today is
one story warehouses which will become and has now new 30
story rentals. All of which I high end properties.

Architecture of Tall buildings. Levels. 3 to 4. Base Middle and Top.

So the increase of tall building along the New River North and South
plus the new section of Downtown. Flager Village should be approved
for even taller buildings. 45 stories to 50 stories. Use of Multi- complex
would be a good idea. Take "Copley Place" in Boston. 2 hotels on either
side of marble mall. The ultimate in high end mall.

Taller buildings from Boward Blvd through Flagler Village towards Sunrise Blvd. Will occur in the next 5 years bring an entire new community. With plenty of high end residential buildings. Office Towers. ==
