The Wave a new residential building located at the old Howard Johnson's property on sr A1a and over looking Bonnet House park North for 4 blocks and the Atlantic Ocean.
The Wave, Fort Lauderdale
The structure is a full terrace or full overhang balcony.
Private residences. With two 2 story restaurants overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean on the Main terrace ground level.
Enivonmentally friendly building with solar panels on East, South and West facade as well as solar panels on roof. A roof collection of water to be used for Atrium Koi pond and 2 large aquariums at the main entrance.
Above shows the residential tower. Without the pool section.
Above shows Gym and Cabana level. With secured parking structure. The pool is actually one level up.
Ultra secure building, with private auto entrance for residents and another auto gated security entrance with valet for residence and public who use upscale restaurant.
The basic design of the building is to have each residence a large balcony or terrace. The wave like structure is used for architectural purposes to reduce the mass of the building and to play of the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Concept comes from aztec temple structure but rather then a full pyramid structure, I decided to bring building in and out. Undulating creating a modern effect.
The residences are broken up into section of floors. Some are Studio Lofts other 1 and 2 bedroom. Other are much needed 3 and 4 bedroom along Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Private Cabanas are available to purchase and also some to rent. A full gym with another level for Locker rooms which both have full terraces.
