Thursday - After Putin rhetoric on Ukraine. Now Moscow is angry about sanctions for its actions. ....The rebels on Tuesday said they began pulling out heavy weapons from the front lines, as required under the cease-fire. Some journalists reported seeing weapons being removed, but European monitors have not yet independently confirmed the pull-out.
Ukraine's military has said it will not begin removing its heavy weapons until the rebel attacks stop completely. Kyiv officials have also reserved the right to return fire.

Sec. of State ....U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry accusing Moscow of engaging in "the most overt and extensive propaganda exercise that I've seen since the very height of the Cold War."

You do realize that it was Moscow that send men to Syria in the first weeks of the syrian war. Remember the helicopters parts flying to syria. It seems when Russia gets involved in a War the take territory. Slowly chipping at the regions around the Soviet Union. It was shortly after the special forces from Russia went to syria did the massacres start. And then over 100,000 all gone in syria. And basically the entire country is in ruins.

Maxim Tucker is an editor at the Kyiv Post and writes on Ukraine for The


Times. Prior to joining the newspaper he worked at Amnesty International,


Alexander Zakharchenko, leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s
Republic, announced a plan to mobilize a further 100,000 troops for a spring offensive.
Zakharchenko added that he wanted to create “at least five additional brigades; three motorised infantry, one artillery and one tank.”
With an estimated 3 million people of all ages currently living in both the Donetsk and Luhansk ‘People’s Republics’, the announcement is considered by many as a thinly veiled threat to bring more Russian troops into the region.

= Ukraine, Kerry to Ukraine. NATO meets to bolster Europe as Ukraine War takes casualties. EU tying to get Moscow and rebels to cease fire.

The fiercest fighting has been around the strategic town of Debaltseve, where rebels are trying to surround Ukrainian troops. The town is a crucial rail hub linking the rebel-held cities of Donetsk and Luhansk, where fighting is also ongoing.
- (Fighting in eastern Ukraine began last April, when separatists seized government buildings after Russia annexed Ukraine's southern Crimea peninsula.
More than 5,000 people have been killed).
- Russia Ukraine Hostages - reports that Nadiya Savchenko is gravely ill while she remains a hostage to Russian authorities. Nadiya has been on a hunger strike for 54 days to protest the terms of her illegal detention, and her life now hangs in the balance.
She was captured by Russian-backed separatists in June of 2014 and illegally moved across the border and handed over to Russian authorities, who have treated her in an appalling manner. While imprisoned, Nadiya has been forced to undergo psychiatric evaluation, solitary confinement, restricted access to a Ukrainian consular official, and isolation from her family. We call on Russia to release Nadiya Savchenko and all other Ukrainian hostages immediately, a commitment Russia made when it signed the Minsk agreements in September of last year.


Reports that Jordan will hang all prisoners of ISIS, should Pilot be 

executed.

Ukraine Talks fail after 2 hours after head of Rebels are a no show. Minsk 

agreement specifies that both or one of the rebel leaders needs to be present.

- An Egyptian court on Saturday banned the armed wing of Palestinian 

group Hamas and listed it as a terrorist organisation, a ruling in keeping

with a systematic crackdown on Islamists by President Abdel Fattah al-

Sisi.

- Also Egypt will establish a new "military terror unit" for counter terrorism.

- Hong Kong protestors return to streets first time the year. The protesters 

oppose the Chinese government's decision that candidates in the 2017 

election for Hong Kong chief executive will be vetted by a largely Beijing-

Kong's Legislative Council before submitting to authorities in Beijing. But 

pro-democracy legislators, who hold 40% of the seats, have said they would
