North Korea seems to start nuclear plant for political reasons

• Jan 28, 2015, Talk of making a train from South Korea to North Korea to China and Russia. ? who, and how?

N. Korea. may be attempting to restart its main nuclear bomb fuel reactor after a five-month shutdown, a US research institute said Thursday.

Activity at the 5-megawatt Yongbyon reactor is closely watched because North Korea is thought to have a handful of crude nuclear bombs, part of its efforts to build an arsenal of nuclear tipped missiles that could one day hit America’s mainland.

Yongbyon, which has produced plutonium used for past nuclear test explosions, restarted in 2013 after being shuttered under a 2007 disarmament agreement. It has been offline since August.

Possible signs in satellite imagery from 24 December to 11 January that the reactor is in the early stages of being restarted include hot water drainage from a pipe at a turbine building that indicates steam from the reactor and growing snow-melt on the roofs of the reactor and turbine buildings.

The US-Korea Institute at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, however, said that since the recent observation period was only about two weeks, it’s too soon to reach a definitive conclusion about what’s happening and more monitoring is needed.

The institute’s website, 38 North, published the findings.

Yongbyon can likely produce about one bomb’s worth of plutonium per year. A uranium enrichment facility there could also give it a second method to produce fissile material for bombs. It is not clear if North Korea has yet mastered the technology needed to make warheads small enough to be mounted on missiles, but each nuclear test presumably moves its scientists closer toward that goal.

North Korea has said it is willing to rejoin international nuclear disarmament talks last held in 2008, but Washington demands that it first take concrete steps to show it remains committed to past nuclear pledges.

The United States also rejected a recent North Korean offer to impose a temporary moratorium on its nuclear tests if Washington scraps its annual military drills with Seoul; Pyongyang claims those drills are invasion preparation. The US called the linking of the military drills, which it says are defensive and routine, with a possible nuclear test “an implicit threat.”

• Kim Yong-hyun, a professor of North Korean studies at Dongguk University in Seoul, said Pyongyang may be restarting activity there as a ploy to gain concessions from the West. He noted that North Korea sees the restart of the nuclear reactor in Yongbyon as something of a bargaining chip. Kim also said Pyongyang is strongly expressing that it will continue to work on its nuclear program.
• Professor Andrei Lankov, a North Korea analyst with Kookmin University in Seoul, said Pyongyang is unlikely to conduct any new nuclear tests for fear of alienating China, its key provider of economic assistance.
• “If they do nuclear test they might get themselves into more serious trouble with China and this is not what they want,” said Lankov.
• With joint U.S.-South Korea military drills scheduled in the coming months, tensions in the region will likely remain high.

When I left NY to be educated in Boston, I took 5,000 dollars and bought Warner Commications at 25 a share. In my 2 year school at Boston University I did my Thesis on Chemical and Biological Weapons. After Graduating I studied at various colleges at B.U. I found a magazine called "Open Architecture" which was about the beginning of the internet". Which is now not Open or Free. When I went to Architectural School I followed MIT's Media Lab. About Interactive multi media. At Architectural school my focus was on Master Planning. I worked for the Architect of the year, who was also the dean at one time of Harvard School of Design. The office was Harvard Square and projects included the Master plan of Grand Central Station, Master Plan of the London Dockyards, Broward Performing Arts and many more. After leaving Boston without an Architectural degree I later found another dream to fulfill. By this time in 1993 Time Warner was now formed, so I went to work as a temp for HBO Inc. They hired me full time when I caught the President of Time Warner International Broadcasting stealing files and about to move to Paramount after the Paramount and Blockbuster became final. So I went to Human Resources and told of the deception. After that they hired me as the receptionist for HBO Management. Over the years I worked for two Chairman of the Boards at HBO.

So I full filled two dreams of mine architecture and getting into Time Warner. At HBO although my job was a receptionist. My main focus was on Interactive Television and Multi-media. In Dec. of 1998 I left HBO on my own to move to Boca Raton, Florida. Basically I was being tortured in NY and was told to leave. That That part of my life was over and I needed to start something new. I was told a War was going to begin. Even though I was following the news and
the Bosnia War. I watched as Enron went down and other companies.

Even though I had worked for two Chairman of the Board at HBO and had a great resume. No one in Boca Raton would hire me. I finally figured out I was being blocked by the government in order for me to collect Social Security Disability in 2003.  I thought this was the way the United States of America was paying me back for 2 1/2 years of intense torture. So I moved to Fort Lauderdale, since there was no gay life in Boca Raton. In fact 3 months after I moved there the only gay club which I visited closed. So I moved to a gay community and was happy for a time.
Then I was told to follow the Iran and North Korea nuclear talks. Which I did. Then the experimental torture began always new kinds. I think to show the World or our enemies what they can achieve. Making a person actually want to die. That is the definition of torture.

I spent about 4-5 times in a mental hospital in Florida. Knowing full well that I was being used by the United States of America. Later I found out that my adopted parents knew all along and were directly involved.

So I give to you the Sat Eve Post, which I am forced to write. Also forced to read the news and follow International relations or the torture begins again. I could just collect my S.S. check and go to the beach and read. But America had something planned for me on the day of my birth.
Born in Dallas Texas, in 1964 and flown 3 days old to New York. I was a painter (Museum of Fine Arts in Boston) I was an Architect (Boston Architectural Center). I even made it to the top at Time Warner. Two dreams.

Today I have peanut butter n Jelly everyday and pasta at night. Today I have to follow the Wars.
It's Ironic that my High School in Brooklyn was Edward R. Murrow. Trying to find basic simple equations. Like A & B = C. Looking past the War lies and rhetoric and trying to find out why.
It is easier in life to look at the truth and the simple reasoning of why. My MIT professor at my Architectural school once said about my design. "It complex, yet organized". I always got A's in Studio classes. So here I am in Fort Lauderdale. I have been on European time for 3 years. Sleeping at 7 -8 pm waking at 5am. I have watched the Wars since 1993, my first day at HBO and the World Trade Center first explosion happened. My job as a temp was answering the switch board. I remember the President of the company calling in trying to reach his own office and was pretty upset with my progress. Years later I was outside his door at night when the secretaries left and was answering his personal phone of the new Chairman. That was a great job, this work I do besides not being paid is not great.

I have no friends or lover. In fact I last had intercourse in Feb 2010. I always new my emails were being blocked and later found out through an article that google can read and delete all
emails not just gmail but yahoo and other email services. A few months back I found out that my telephone is also blocked, as I person I was going to meet told me that my google voice telephone number texted him saying via text from my number. Text: "Please take me off your contact list". I looked at his phone and there it was from my 954 399 00 48 number. So not only can the US Government read your emails and telephone and texts they can also intercept and delete them.

To the United Nations General Assembly and Putin who can not show by Sir Jeremiah Orion Kennedy

             Thank you and be seated. In this years time since we last left the General Council meeting of the United Nations Security Council. We have learned a lot about nations. Nations that call themselves free er of all except female music groups and gays, aka USSR. Today we see an outspread of a virus that if not burned will take havoc on the World stage.

               Lets not forget the wars we where in. Iran and China for supplying IED's that have wounded and killed US and Coalition troops. The money from Sudan War arms for oil brought to you by the Chinese. Who don't care about the African children but use them 12 - 13 year olds to hold arms.
If not for the Iranian influx of IED's to Iraq and the infiltration from Syria also know as "little Iran" May those men harmed or dead, understand we will never forget. So Iran and Syria in an peace conference  is now an "oxymoron". Two days after Israel and gaza reported a cease fire Iran publicly came out and said. We will now supply gaza with weapons
that where lost. This is who you are dealing with. Not to mention the fact
that flights continue in Syria from russia to supply said arms.

                   And now Moscow..."I wonder if they still think there going to get the Soccer World Cup". I think not. Who ever supplies Moscow with funds will be person na grata. For a country that destroyed the Syrian country and it's people. You should know people have a hard time likely those that took there's home away. So your only naval base in the Mediterranean may have to hold. But you take new countries.

                And so Moscow they took Crimea, and now working on Eastern and all of Ukraine. Lets not forget how Russia and China was so helpful in the Iran and North Korea nuclear problem. Noting.  The vetoed 7 or more vetoes against stronger sanctions against Iran and N. Korea. So now we have a communist brain washed state with more then 6 nuclear weapons and Iran is on the cusp of creating a nuclear bomb if they have not already. So Iran, China and Russia. All in cahoots . What to do? What to Do.

                 So Moscow will not give up Ukraine, unless it must. Iran is on its way to be the top dog, with 1 - 3 nuclear weapons. So what do we do.
Well ISIL has now control of syrian oil fields at present and are finding money elsewhere. They control syrian and Turkey boarder with Iraq.

                   It's funny to say we will fund there army so they can protect themselves. I heard that with Iraq (no army) and Afghanistan (infiltrated army). We don't. We have no army with out help of the regional "Partner" who this War will be only in the shadows. ISIL will run to ground and blend in only to fight a "guerrilla warfare". So without my regional help I shall receive, there will be no peace.

                   If not for Moscow there would have been a green revolution.
Lybia, Egypt and Syria would have gone peacefully. But with the influence of Moscow..those countries had to go though War, and transition from War to reality. Lets not forget that it was the Arab League that was so disgusted with the Assad ..son of farther...to take syria out
of the Arab League. So it is America fight or is it a fight to see who survives the onslaught of the new Islamic fundamentalist group we know as ISIS...not the cupcake kind, but bad....6.000 centuries alone into one.
Never to leave, only to be......

                 So while troops are in the Middle East, I expect the USA news to report. Not about a lost boy...or a weapons of mass distration. But actually these wars. Which if the American public has no knowledge of will be led into the dark a War...yet another and yet another war.
Maybe the news media should report the news. ABC - Walt Disney, Fox - 20 th Century and the old CNN, Time Warner ...Warner Brothers. NBC - Universal TV and movies. The only one to show live news is ABC.

No news.....no films, no tv....how is your spread sheet now.
I want the American people to understand why 10,000 men
will be deployed. So you can report the real news or we all boycott.

        Back to the United Nations General Assembly and the UN Security Council. We must eradicate e-bola at once. American forces arrived Yesterday. This is a not regional but Global problem as of now. I twitted in August 6th 2014 there was a problem.

          So Ukraine fights for there country. Iraq has a new country but no army, Syria is really no longer a country and I will be surprised if Assad is actually still alive.

The Countries that are with the fight against ISIL will be rewarded to rebuild Syria for one. For those who have stand the Syrian War with refuges will also gain in this unspeakable crime. A crime against humanity a crime against a people. A people.

          So the United States of America must say no to a United Nations Security Council more the 7. This is due to the influx of China and Russia influence on World Peace. You can't buy human rights and you can't buy Freedom.

This structure on the South side of Las Olas Bridge on the intercoastal will house an all suite tower, and large townhouse suites. The need for more than 3 bedroom in local hotels is scarce. Marina South houses 4 - 6 bedroom 2 story townhouses. Facing South on Intracoastal. Allowing housing for people with an entourage or extended family.

Central Parking Structures allowing automobiles off the Beach Community.

The sound from Auto’s, Trucks and Motorcycles can be very annoying while on the beach. Getting some cars to park as soon

as exit bridge allows for less traffic. Less hunking...etc.

I believe they way State Road A1a is today is fine. The Beach road is going to need four lanes of traffic. Two lanes going North and two lanes going south. With the addition of new Hotels, Residences or boutique casinos on the beach traffic will only grow. The Intercoastal will see new taller buildings and the North Beach Community will also grow. So I suggest keeping four lanes with bike lanes as is. Any change to one lane traffic in either direction will only make congestion and honking.

Las Olas Bridge traffic East has entrances to two large parking structures.

North and South of the Las Olas Bridge. Providing Less Auto traffic on the beach. Park and get valet service to the beach of your choice. Free Tram Service and paid rickshaw  will provided full beach pedestrian  moving. Passing Hotels Ritz Carlton, Westin, W hotel, The Atlantic, Bahia Mar and B ocean, the Hilton and other new Hotels and Boutique Hotels.

Access to Live outdoor theater, Swimming Hall of Fame, Hotel with pool and Marina North the Bridge club.

With public pool and tennis club, City Garden Park. Fitness Center.

Automobile traffic lessened on the Beach. If people bring umbrellas and coolers..etc.The Tram access the beach State Road A1a. Will have to be Disney styled cars with storage on roof. Smaller Rickshaw bikes...and pickup truck for moving beach stuff. Valet Beach service.

North Marina and South Marina will have two large parking structures. Two levels each. With Tram stops built into parking garage with waiting area covered inside building. Allowing people to wait for tram service protected outside weather.

What is on top of the 2 story parking garage - Marina North and Marina South of Las Olas Bridge is the question.

The overall concept of this structure is the surrounding building that will look down at structure. No one is going to want to look down on a parking garage, so something had to fill the void.

Diagram below of Marina North at night - no flood lights on roof. Low lighting to bring less glare for residents across the intracoastal. Therefore no night tennis or pool on 4th floor terrace.

Note: The Zoo gym on A1a will most likely close in coming years. The beach front property will  likely be demolished leaving no full service gym for the Beach Community, Las Olas Isles residents and Marina Yachts on Intracoastal. The Need for a new and improved gym is much needed.

By creating the townhouses on brings a much needed assest to Fort Lauderdale beach. Hotel rooms larger the 2 bedrooms. I have created a 6 bedroom 2 story suite, a 4 bedroom 2 story suite. Thereby establishing hotel suites for extended families or for guests who travel with an entourage.

Notice that Tower falls on Marina side giving open air space to neighboring building.  Pink Level is optional Ballroom. The parking garage should be 2 to 3 levels, not 4 as shown in above diagram.

The Hotel Townhouse Suites provide a rare find. 6 Bedroom 2 story Suites, 4 bedroom 2 story townhouse and 3 bedroom 1 story suites. All full through with view of North and South.

By using the Sand Castle genre goes beyond Postmodernism to Cartoonism.

Ballroom in Purple can be a replica of the Park Avenue Waldorf Astoria yet with glass walls. The View will be the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal.

New Swimming Hall of Fame. Either of two alternatives. One leave the way it is and just refurbish. Parking as is is fine. With all the new parking it really is not an issue.

On the other hand. Like in Rowes Wharf in Boston.You can build the structure up and down at the same time. Saving Time and money. A three level parking structure can be placed under the entire footprint of site foot allowing a very large garage.Including housing buses. All under the water level. The Museum will be on Intercoastal with Ballroom on first floor. You can access the intercoastal Ballroom via 3rd sub level valet parking. Elevator from parking to ballroom or by walking from street.

A public Yoga area on one side and a Chess table area on the other. With a large open green lawn in the center. This open park will be for the people and to be used as a staging area when needed.
