1. Hurricane Sandy destroys New Jersey Iconic Shoreline, kills dozens and leaves Americans homeless and without basic needs from NJ to New York.

In latest case to test how technological developments alter Americans' privacy, federal court sides with Justice Department on police use of concealed surveillance cameras on private property. 

Police are allowed in some circumstances to install hidden surveillance cameras on private property without obtaining a search warrant, a federal judge said yesterday.

CNET has learned that U.S. District Judge William Griesbach ruled that it was reasonable for Drug Enforcement Administration agents to enter rural property without permission -- and without a warrant -- to install multiple "covert digital surveillance cameras" in hopes of uncovering evidence that 30 to 40 marijuana plants were being grown. Two defendants in the case, Manuel Mendoza and Marco Magana of Green Bay, Wis., have been charged with federal drug crimes after DEA agent Steven Curran claimed to have discovered more than 1,000 marijuana plants grown on the property, and face possible life imprisonment and fines of up to $10 million. Mendoza and Magana asked Callahan to throw out the video evidence on Fourth Amendment grounds, noting that "No Trespassing" signs were posted throughout the heavily wooded, 22-acre property owned by Magana and that it also had a locked gate.

This is why invented Sat Eve Post. Like my late "erased" Brother John Jr. he had started a publishing house and magazine with " George". It'f funny and Jaqualine used to work at a publishing house her self after Onassis past way. It was said she never looked into someone's eyes when she past them. In fact It was just a few years before the plane went down that I knew he was my brother. You see I was told the secret before I left New York. Since I am adopted I never new what it was like to have a blood relative before an actual real brother. It felt different, then the "tragedy" happened. At this point I already meet Princess Diana crossing Park Avenue and P. Brosen coming from the other direction. That is what you call a major "turning point".  Then she was erased and I was devastated. I was working as reception to management at HBO on 42nd and Avenue of Americas. I left in 1997 December and moved to Boca Raton.

The glass structure was inspired by the great architect Phillip Johnson "Glass House". The panes of glass are framed in metal then when electrified the glass would be solid unable to see through. It was originally designed with a second storey with stairs cascading over the long pool. The idea was to design one room. 2 pools: 1 lap pool, koi tiled pool garden.
