It should be noted that not only was hamas using United Nations buildings to store missiles. The School that was hit

Also before the Three Israeli kidnappings and later murder. hamas came out publicly on their television or radio network saying that Israel should expect a barrage of missiles and that hamas will target Israeli cafes and transportation in new terror attacks. It is very easy to get lost in a “Fog of War” without knowing the
exact “Timeline’ of events. Not to mention the lies and false accusations. What I see is Israel not only defending itself from current attacks, but also destroying the infrastructure of hamas
for future attacks.

We see the tunnels, we see the missiles hidden at UN facilities.
These tunnels were designed to infiltrate into Israel and carry out “terror attacks”, as we have scene when hamas was caught red handed crossing the tunnel into Israel in order to reach a civilian kibbutz. Negotiating with hamas is an oxymoron. Cease fire can happen in order to help the civilians. To show you my point on who is Moral and who is not. Israel has set up a hospital on the Gaza border so the Israeli can help the civilians of Gaza. hamas directly stops the wounded Palestinians from reach that hospital.

Note: I took Wednesday afternoon and Thursday off with a news blackout. I am trying to be objective. But with the lies, and War rhetoric not to mention the casualties I had to take a break. I guess the Iran Nuclear Talks just took a turn for the worse. By the way the Iranian Nuclear Talks have been going on since 2003. Over 10 years. And just last week Iran was given a 3 month extension. Why? When we see this and the Supreme leader and leaders over the past 10 years have always said Iran will not negotiate on Nuclear right "one iota".

Cease fire continues In Gaza and Israel as meeting takes place in France and Qatar

Meanwhile, Turkey was reportedly conducting discussions with Israel, Hamas and Egypt as part of efforts to secure a long-term cease-fire between the IDF and the terror organization in Gaza.
As Turkey and Qatar were initially expected to participate in the talks in Paris, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu cancelled his trip to France and flew to the Gulf state on Friday to assist in cease-fire efforts, AFP reported.
Davutoglu (Turkey FM) was expected to meet with Doha-based Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal during his trip to Qatar to discuss a proposal for a seven-day lull in fighting, Israel Radio reported.

Note: Cease fire which ends at 8 pm Israeli time and 1 pm Eastern Standard Time. Through a vast array of diplomatic talks from Paris to Qatar on an Egyptian plan, which might extend cease fire for a longer period of time. Note also that 
the Talks in Paris are without either Israel or hamas.

Note on Intelligence: We all know that the downing of the Passenger plane over Eastern Ukraine rebel held territory was an accident in a time of War. Yes Moscow supplied the missile launcher and yes the rebels thought they were going to hit a Ukraine military aircraft and bragged about it on there social media site, which they deleted after they found out they killed almost 300 foreign civilians. The point is this Moscow had a hand in there deaths.
As the rebels were not trained enough to distinguish between a military and a passenger plane. The problem I now see is the new massing on the Russian boarder of Russian troops. What will happen is Russian troops will walk right into Eastern Ukraine with Ukraine passports and fight along with the Ukrainian rebels. As if they were Ukrainian. Moscow has and will play a larger role in this de facto War. In this Chess game that Moscow is playing I believe Moscow will either play the role sending troops and arms across to aid pro Russian rebels or will invade Eastern Ukraine within days.

Intelligence Note: If not for Moscow being easy on North Korea over the North Korean Nuclear issue, they would not have nuclear weapons now. Also Iran would not have come this far for not for the help of Russia on Iran Nuclear program. On both issues Moscow was lenient on United Nation Sanctions on both countries. 
Moscow should understand that they are not fouling anyone in there rhetoric. There actions show there true intentions. Words mean nothing and frankly it really makes Moscow look bad.

Design Concept

Design concept to allow various functions within park for beach guests and residents.
Fort Lauderdale Beach. The design of the Movie Theater at night Chess area, and Yoga
Canopy over looking Atlantic. The new park will bring the much needed urgent need for public bathrooms.

The Design will allow for open space, lawn area for functions such as runs, walks, music festivals or air shows. The Design will also allow for private function and semi-private functions
as well as open to the public. Night films are free. Tables are not free. Have to be reserved. 4 seat tables. Chess tables four and two people. This allows for income from the park.

The Idea of Copy the Icon NY Botanical Garden is to establish a focus point within the park, in
front of the ISHOF. International Swimming Hall of Fame, Original structure.

The design is to allow picnicking on the lawn and tables turning the day. With a Theater Concept at night. Concession stands. Selling various goods. Such as Yogurt, and more.
The entire Park with some exceptions for ramps and foliage is raised Four feet, this will allow
the protection of the park in the future years a head. There by saving costs in the future cost.



The Site

 Atlantic Ocean and Beach, US1 Fort Lauderdale

 Location just South of Las Olas Boulevard. In front or ISHOF (International Swimming Hall of Fame, facing  the Atlantic Ocean


                The West Side Drive Way ~  West Side has loading area drive way. For concession deliveries and trash removal. The West Side Drive Way can handle to semi trucks. Will stretch most of West Side with tons of foliage and the row of palm trees that boarder the West and North sides of site. A ramp on the South side of grass for use of garden landscaping such as lawnmowers etc...

The Yoga Canopy in Yellow is a

The four poles also disconnect due to storms.
The Yoga Canopy is for special events and Yoga only.

Rock Garden in front or Canopy
at entrance. Raised 4 feet to main park level. The park should be
raised due to beach erosion and the cost of fixing. 4 feet should be good.
The Statue could be placed at entrance with surrounding granite bench.

Chess area has side ramp entrance and various full trees. Foliage on Western side.
Pebble flooring.

Lawn for day picnics and night movies and live streaming on projection wall.

Pebble ground area for outdoor dinning areas. By Yoga area, Concession and Chess Area. Providing seating for 90 people.

West Side Driveway - Long enough for 2 semi trucks. For back of the house services such as trash dumpster to deliveries to concession stands. To full Catering vans food...etc. for full access to park. Driveway can use foliage to minimize it size and function.



The Main Building

Before I describe the main building, that is a modern replica of the NY Botanical Garden Building. I must first inform you of how round buildings before in Hurricanes. I was watching a documentary after the major hurricanes of recent. It showed computer analysis that a round building with a dome roof will stand up much better to another form in high speed winds.

The design of the main park building is round in order to allow for a large size building with
little foot print. The design is replica to of garden building in NY Botanical Garden. Instead of 
windows, the area of roof are solar panels. Detachable. The structure will have white glass block to allow for privacy yet light. Hanging audio speakers at the 12 foot mark of building facing lawn and chess area for music events. 

The Movie Screen  and live streaming. HDTV projection on the Southern Wall. Diagram in red shows line of sight to projection screen. This screen should have not a projection but a live, cable broadcast of films, shows, as well as live events. Able to have live events broadcasted on a large screen. Such as Tennis, Soccer, Boxing. Or the meeting of the dive match at the Hall of Fame Pool. 

The seating around the lawn, are tables of four. Also Chess Tables are permanent seating. 
The use of the water garden during large movie events will allow many more seats for theater.

Chess Area is Surrounded by Foliage on West Side. Trees on South Side, and more palms between chess tables and seating area. This U shaped foliage should supply much needed shade for park and Chess Area. Chess, Seating and special reserved section. For special events such as school events, Camp Events to Corporate functions. Entire section can be closed off to public.

West side will provide for a long drive way. Leading to Covered Dumpster and Landscape Service Ramp. This driveway will function for delivers for the concession stands to park deliveries. This Driveway which can be hidden from park with foliage can be loading area for
catering vans. During Semi or Private functions food needs to be prepared and ready to serve.
This driveway will act as a loading area for such events. The West Side Driveway can fit 2 semi trucks.

The Main Entrances for the public. Are located on the North Side a handicapped brick ramp leading to entrance to water garden section and chess area. The East Entrance is granite steps with outdoor seating area around the totem pole viewing rock garden, water garden and yoga canopy. This is the Entrance from the Beach sidewalk, US-1.

The Water Garden will provide relief for beach goers when they are unable to swim in
Ocean for various reasons. The Garden should have more then 5 Water Sculptures.  Thereby dispersing crowd of people. Also and are of the water garden should be shaded by fabric.

The Water Garden Aspect of the park is a necessity. How Grand you make it makes it more Iconic. The Bathroom Facilities and the back of the house I decided to make it Icon as well. So like a major Domo in Italy. This one just sits on the beach. Lighthouse included. Besides the Bathrooms, many rooms are need to make this park function.

The pebble ground plus lawn are an inexpensive form of flooring rather then marble or granite.
The Entrance in Granite of blue slate. The Water Garden in all granite and blue slate. With Sand for sculptures area for safety. The inside of the garden has seating built in to wall in granite. The whole area is four feet of the ground with a small fence 4 feet high surrounding Water Garden for safety.


Some of the Water Sculptures - Water shooting or spraying at public for amusement as well as comfort. Entire park is raised four feet due to hurricane and beach erosion. The Water Garden should have a filtration system laid under Alexander Park. There is seating within the Water Sculpture Garden as well on the Side Walk side facing the Atlantic Ocean all in Granite.






The Circle Water Sculpture above is motion activated. Supplying a 360 degree stream of water


The diagram below shows the D.C. Alexander Building. Taking the basic concept of roof of NY Botanical Garden in structure and into today's function and needs. Instead of the handsome glass roof it is replaced with color solar panels the are detachable. Each section of solar panel representing the glass panel in original structure. So from Top we have a rectangle with a metal sculpture Inside there is a "Light Beam". First vault is solar panels then glass blocks in ribbon form the larger barrel vault with more solar panels. The First Floor is were all the rooms are located.

Why America does not fight in a War by Sir Jeremiah Kennedy

The reason America does not want to go to another war is psy ops. Look at the jet the disappeared. Lets watch CNN and MSNBC talk shows. American's at a whole are clueless. They don't see Syria, Iran with Nuclear weapons. We used to see the news... Churchill and Stalin and a conference...today we see Weapons of mass distraction. Obama its not that the American people are not ready to go to war. It's that ABC, CNN and fox now have talk shows not the news. Not what is really happening...It's like a magician look here don't look to the more important point. So the psy ops to spend 15 min on a missing plane and 4 minutes on the International community losing Ukraine...just like when Obama lost the Red line on Chemical weapons...and the next story was the Navy Yard shooting. The same day or days. And then we think about the navy yard and not the fact that we lost a red line. and by the way the tattoos and beards are all psy ops. Really the media call it tribal.. but it's psy ops. So your all getting tattoos and beards because your county told you to. Maybe if CNN and NBC do not start reporting the actual news we can boycott. It's called Time Warner...Warner Brothers, Time, Sport Illustrated. NBC, MSBC, Universal studios....does the American people want to no the true reason...or when we go to the next war...will you be surprised....So my point is ...when the government says America is not ready for another war....its because there not watching the facts...and only a missing plan...or snow or floods or cold.....Not what is actually happening. So thing twice NBC Universal and Time Warner and Fox...20 th century...America is watching. They know where there bread is buttered. The can
ban your movies, your TV channels. I only hope that Snowden will come out with the truth about The United States of America and the use of Mind Control. All News networks know the truth, there just under some kind of gag order. Eventually the truth will come out. Why our children are killing. Why men place women under restraints for years. Why we some how seem some how more evil then Russia. Just like the Beatles said 'Evilotion". 

 I am writing this now for the Ukraine people, who wanted a way to the West. They were given free trade, and 15 billion dollars in relief..but now as we see the tides have turned. A Country a people once again. They wanted Freedom. They wanted a better life. Just like The Syrian's, the Egyptians, the Libyans. The people have spoken. 

 Maybe Richard Holbrooke is with me as my digital buddy. Maybe we should as America find the strength to fight a war no one wants to go to, but has to. We went to two wars for no reason, now we have a reason. America is not the World Cop...but America does not stand back and watch. The only reason is the news Weapons of Mass Distraction. So go ahead 
but don't watch as CNN takes away CNN International or all the media decides to put on talk shows. Say no to psy ops, say no to Mind Control for the kids. The Schools under lock down.

Sat Eve Post - Ukraine Edition March 16th 2014



 If it was not for Russian's veto at the United Nations on North Korea Nuclear weapons program, N. Korea would not have 6 nuclear bombs. They want Iran to have a Nuclear weapon, its only been 10 years of talks with Moscow on the Iran subject.With four veto's from Moscow on a resolution that is clearly a violation of UN Law on Nuclear Proliferation.

      Even Putin said in his NYTimes oped. To have a nuclear bomb is a deterrent.There by we see his logic. As Moscow again declares many veto's at the United Nations Security Council regarding Iran's illegal pursuit towards achieving a Nuclear Weapon. 

      Using the excuse of needing Russia for help with Syria in getting Chemical and Biological weapons out or another excuse to need Moscow with the help on the Iran Nuclear Issue is like a blind man walking with a walker. He can feel his movements but can he see whats around him. This Week Iran publicly said that it now longer needs to go for building a nuclear bomb. Iran said it was to much of a hassle that going the route of Chemical and Biological Weapons was not only cheaper and easier. Now in my book Nuclear Weapons and Chemical and Biological Weapons are in the same boat. Meaning they are Arms on the same plane. Any use of any of the weapons fall into the same category of weapons of mass destruction. So the Iran Nuclear Talks drag on since 2003 with the P-5+1, Permanent members of the security Council, plus Germany for the past 10 year. All on one subject talking the option of Iran creating a nuclear weapon. They have fought tooth and nail over the years with games like. Taking the lead Nuclear negotiator out of the talks and saying well know we have to start from scratch. Or linking the entire Middle East as a nuclear free zone, knowing the Israel has nuclear weapons. Although Israel does not flaunt it and does not threaten its neighbors but uses this weapon for the shear fact if not having it, Israel would be in dire straits.

           A major point on Putin's Nytimes op-ed why countries should have nuclear weapons as a deterrent. In 2007 Israel destroyed Syria's Nuclear Weapons program made with the help of the North Koreans. Today is 2014 in those 7 years how far would Syria have come to getting a nuclear bomb. Where would that Nuclear material or Nuclear Weapon be today?. Now that Syria no longer has control over its own Country. What would have happened if Israel did not take the strategic move to rid Syria of Nuclear Weapons. Which by the Way the IAEA has said was a Nuclear Weapons plant that was destroyed thanks to our friends Israel. I can only Imagine who would have those arms today.

     So lets not make believe that we need a Country like Russia that is acting more like the U.S.S.R. They have there own agenda and that agenda is Russia. They do not care about nuclear non-proliferation, Human Rights, or for that matter there own people the Russians as we see this 5 year old on a tricycle in Moscow during anti-government protests.



     It would seem that fear is in Moscow, Fear the Countries like Egypt, Syria and the Ukraine will some how become democratic through a popular movement. The people on the street are not terrorists. Those thousands that gathered in Egypt's Square and though out Egypt, Those millions that marched to Damascus and neighboring provinces. Those were the people. The Youth, the Women and Children. That child on the tricycle is not a terrorist. But yet Moscow fears him.

              That man standing on a pole is not a terrorist, but a Syrian but yet Moscow fears him. Fear makes people do stupid things it makes them not think logically. Russia wanted to keep it's only base in the Mediterranean Sea during the Syrian protests that started out peaceful. Just marching on the streets of the Syrian People in order to oust a dictator the son of a dictator. Syrian was saying we had enough of the "Assad" regime. So the Youth, Women and Children all of Syria including the elderly went to the streets. During the first few weeks Moscow decided to send in the Special Forces Spatnaz to help the dictatorship Assad with his people problem in order to keep there Naval Base. Of course they used the excuse of doing it to save the Russian's that wore located in Syria and to evacuate there Naval Base. That was a lie. During the first few weeks after the Russian forces arrived there was suppose to be a peace talk and cease fire. Of course Syria denied ever agreeing to any cease fire although it was reported in the press that it did. Instead we had a massacre. Not on "Terrorists" but on the Syrian people that were marching peacefully. Russian special forces had arrived and within a week the massacre started. There was even a report that a Syrian Talk ran over a young boy on a bike. What followed after the Massacre were more massacre's by the Syrian Army. Then Russia decides to send helicopters and helicopter parts to Syria. Then we had the Syrian opposition born. And the rest is history. 25,000 then 50,000 now well over 100,000 Syrian dead. With not only Syrian Army fighting but Iran troops and arms as well. 

But lets get back to how I feel that Moscow or someone is under the impression that we need Russia. 

      Under direct influence Moscow directed Ukraine to try the Prime Minister of The Ukraine under false accusations of corruption since she was leaning towards the West as her people wanted her to. She was elected by the people of Ukraine, but some how under "Fear" Moscow has this poor Lady thrown in prison under false pretenses. She goes on a hunger strike and nearly dies. What conditions she was under I can only imagine. Then 2 weeks ago she is freed after the revolution by the people of Ukraine. After years in false imprisonment for negotiating with the west. Then three months ago the acting Prime Minister of Ukraine decides not to have "Free Trade" with the West or Europe.Also under the deal a 15 billion dollar loan.. It is what the people of Ukraine wanted yet the Prime Minister under orders from Russia says "NO". Then the Ukrainian people take to the streets in peaceful protests until the government decides to do it the Russian way and kills 80 unarmed protesters.

              Moscow are these the same people you are saving the Ukraine's who you threatened to cut off the gas during the winter months. Say No to gas to feed there heaters during the Winter months. Is that who you are saving. Or you just afraid with fear. 

        As of a last week the Russian special forces - spatnatz arrived in the Crimea. When I heard of this that night at 12:30pm EST. I knew that Ukraine's Crimea will fall within three days. I knew that Putin will take the entire Crimea.
So know we have them guarding there Naval ports, but also surrounding Ukraine Army posts. Telling those inside to defect to the pro-Russian side. Even showing the base chocolates and cigarettes as if this was 1944 during World War Two. To say you are going to the Crimea to protect your Naval Base is one thing. To say your going to protect those Ukraine's who speak Russian is another. I speak English should I protect every English speaking country. But to surround a Ukraine Army base and asking them to defect shows intentions of something more then rhetoric which by the way you suck at. I can read between your lies so easy. 

         I am not going to give advice since the United States of America did not take my advice on Syria and we all know how that turned out. By the way saying that Russia is going to help take out the Chemical and Biological weapons which was my thesis in college out of Syria is not the golden egg. As we just heard Iran say we shall build Chemical and Biological weapons instead for it is cheaper and easier. And on the logic that a aircraft can fly into a country with these weapons does not say much for Moscow's help in removing them from the dictator of Syria Assad's Country.

      So I will leave Ukraine, Syria and Iran to the mandarins in power.
